By making a purchase from you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as 'CBD naturally derived from HEMP OIL.' All of the products sold on this website contain less than 0.3% THC. You will never become intoxicated from their use, since CBD is non-intoxicating. Furthermore, these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and therefore are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is imperative that you consult with your physician before starting any new dietary supplement. Sow Eden is committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD. If you should decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD products.

When purchasing Sow Eden Organics retail products via this website, you accept our terms of purchase, which means you also agree to and understand our refund policy and our Shipment Policy (see below).

Shipment Policy

We only ship with one carrier - the United States Postal Service.

Once your payment is received and verified, we will prepare your shipment the same day of purchase (Monday-Friday before 3:30 PM PST) and ship the same day. Business days do not include weekends and Post Office holidays.

You will be given two shipping choices at checkout:

  • USPS First Class (3-5 days)

  • USPS Priority (2-3 days)

If your package weighs over 1 US lb, you will only have the option of choosing Priority because First-Class mail is limited up to 15.9 oz (< 1 US lb).

Once the package leaves our facility, the customer receives an automated email with the tracking details of the respective package.

Please note: Customer accepts all responsibility for their package once it leaves our possession. Sow Eden is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. It is important to keep track of your shipment so that you can be there when it arrives, or arrange for someone else to accept the package. If your package is lost, please contact the US Postal Service to file a claim. We do not offer a money back guarantee for your package or its contents.
